The claim was that my IP address keeps charging. The account was locked.

I was asked via email to confirm the IP address. I sent the IP Address by email reply. I was then instructed to go specifically to IP Chicken, which required a credit card. I took a screenshot of the same IP Address and sent it as an attachment via email again.

Finally I was allowed back into the account.

I requested the account to be deleted. It was not deleted but I no longer trust that website.

Not satisfied the company went out of business and canceled my card and I cant talk to anyone to resolve the problem
